• Supported 30+ agents and brokers across multiple offices as the marketing & operations manager for a top real estate brokerage
   
• Served as Director of Client Services at a domestic violence shelter, managing staff and programs
   
• Led case management and group counseling teams for offender services
   
• Oversaw HR, quality control, and compliance in the transportation industry
